There is a family that attends our church (I went to school w/the dad) and all three of their children, Tanner, Hannah and Mallory, have now been diagnosed with Cystic Fibrosis. They are all 8 and under. They are the sweetest children and you would never know they had this horrible disease because they do and play as hard as any of the other children. This past week two of them had to have their tonsils and adnoids removed. Hannah had strep so she will have hers done this coming week.
So, at Team Kid this past Wednesday night the kids all made cards and a poster for them all and then we had a circle of prayer time for them. They even wore band aids with TMH (Tanner, Hannah, and Mallory) written on them and stuck their hands.
It was the sweetest thing to watch all of them making their cards and wearing their band aids in honor of the kids!
