Halloween Night

Halloween is not normally a holiday I get very excited about, and I am a huge procrastinator of costume shopping! This year however was much different! My mom agreed to make the kids costumes. We found the cutest pattern and materials and away she started working on them! I could hardly wait to see them! She made everything from their pirate bandanas to their pants and skirt! They are best costumes ever! Thanks mom!!!!
We had a fun filled night of trick - or -treating and visiting with friends! Daddy had to work so we went and visited with him afterwards. We enjoyed having Grandy to tag along with us to help with the kids. The downtown businesses here in Hodgenville set up each year to hand out candy and prizes, and the police block off the street access so it makes for a safe and fun-filled place for families to trick-or-treat!

Halloween Party!

The kids had a Halloween party at school. They were able to trick-or-treat around to the different classrooms and play some games. They had so much fun!

Crawford's Farm & Pumpkin Patch

This year we visited Crawford's Farm. This is a family raised farm / pumpkin patch that my family visited when we were growing up each year. When Mr. Crawford passed away a few years ago, they closed the patch. It's now re-opened by his family and people flock to re-visit the family farm. I was excited to take the kids this year so they could experience this farm as I did while growing up. And just as I expected the kids had a ball!

It May be Night Time, But the Glasses are a Must!

The kids were watching The Wonder Pets before bedtime tonight...they were laying in Jagger's bed; however, I heard Jenna get up, start talking and I hear the laundry basket being drug into Jagger's room. I went into his room and this is what I found....(Jagger was still in his bed, such a good boy:)
Silly Girl!!!!

Sweet Smiles

The kids were in the best moods Sunday morning before church. So, I decided to try and capture a few smiles....and sure enough they were so cooperative! Such Sweet, Sweet Smiles! I love it!!!!

Sunday afternoon Shoot

Sunday afternoon the kids were in such a good mood while playing and watching some cartoons I was able to catch a few good photos of them.

The Car Wash

Jagger loves to build things with his Clipos. This past weekend since it was cool and rainy we were inside most of the time. I was doing some cleaning and he hollered at me and said I needed to come and look at his car wash...and sure enough that is what it was...complete with the spin brushes at the top that would come down around the cars. He was so proud of himself and we were so proud of him too! In the pic below you will notice all of the cars he has lined up that need to go through the car wash:)

"Big Granny"

The title of this post is a little deceiving because "Big Granny" is not big at all. She is a very small framed woman who most family calls "Big Granny". This is Jerry's Granny from Texas. She loves to come here and visit everyone a few times each year. Here are a few pics from her recent visit this past month. I think between Kacey and I taking a million pics....she had about enough photo shoots. She has since went back home to Texas and we love her, and miss her so very much. We always look forward to our next visit with her:)
Jenna didn't want to sit still for many pics...so these are best we got:)
Jagger was being so cooperative!
