On Saturday, September 6
th. Beth and I decided we would take the kids to
Bernheim forest for Bug Fest. It was a beautiful, sunny day. We loaded up 2 backpacks, snacks, drinks, 4
carseats, 2 strollers, and most importantly....4 kids and 2 adults. Whew....what a job that was! We knew it would be worth it though! The kids learned about all sorts of bugs, made some bug crafts, face painting, sampled some honey from real bees, and played. It was so much fun!

The boys made caterpillars.
"Walking Sticks" were another popular bug making item.
Making bug eye glasses.
What colorful bug glasses and tentacles....Jagger wouldn't wear his at the park, but he wore them all evening once we got home. Biven was proud to show his off.
Jenna had fun w/the big boys!
